I graduated college with a degree in education, and after a few years of figuring things out, I became a business owner pretty much out of nowhere. I didn’t have some perfect roadmap—I just knew I had a real business to run. About a year in, I hired my first virtual assistant, and that decision changed everything. Six VAs later, my business is thriving, and today I manage a team of 7 virtual assistants with 5+ years of hands-on VA management experience. How long does the process usually take?
